Privacy policy

1. Who we are
This website, aintellectlabs.com, and the domain beaintellect.com, which redirects to it (together, the “website”), are operated by AIntellect s.a.r.l., a company registered in Lebanon (“AIntellect”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, why we collect it and how we handle it.
For any privacy question or request, email us at the address below (shown on request to protect it from spam), or use the form on our Contact page.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we collect: full name, work email, title or role, mobile number, company, country, the service you are interested in, and your message.
Information collected automatically.
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of each request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
- Analytics: see section 6.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as health data, government identification numbers or financial account details through the website.
3. Why we use it
We use your information to:
- reply to your inquiry and arrange a consultation;
- discuss and prepare a proposal for the services or solutions you asked about;
- keep a record of our communications with you;
- protect the website against misuse and spam;
- understand, in aggregate, how the website is used, so we can improve it (only with your consent where cookies are involved).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Legal basis (for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and similar jurisdictions): our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and running our business; steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; and your consent for analytics cookies.
4. Who we share it with
- Our technology partner: if your inquiry concerns one of our technology solutions, we may share the relevant details with the technology partner that works with us on delivering it, so that we can answer you properly.
- Service providers: our website hosting and email provider, and the analytics providers listed in section 6, process data on our behalf.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information where required by law, court order or a competent authority, or to protect our rights.
We do not share your information for anyone else’s marketing.
5. International transfers
AIntellect is based in Lebanon, and some of our service providers (including Google, Microsoft and Cloudflare) may process data in the United States or other countries. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses where applicable.
6. Cookies and analytics
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: counts visits without using cookies and without identifying individual visitors. It runs on all pages.
- Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity: help us understand how visitors use the site (for example, pages visited and how far people scroll). They use cookies and only load if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. Clarity masks text typed into form fields. Advertising features of Google Analytics are turned off.
- Your choice: if you click “Decline”, these tools do not load. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. We remember your choice for six months.
7. How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship: kept for 24 months from our last communication, then deleted.
- Inquiries that lead to a business relationship: kept for as long as needed for that relationship and for the periods required by law.
- Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes.
8. How we protect it
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Contact form submissions are sent by email to our company mailbox and are not stored in the website’s database. Access to our mailboxes and systems is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct it or ask us to delete it;
- object to or restrict certain uses;
- receive a copy in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time (for example, to analytics cookies);
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, contact us as described in section 1. We may need to verify your identity first.
As a company based in Lebanon, we handle requests in line with Lebanese law, including Law No. 81 of 2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data. We also respect the privacy laws of the other countries where we work and, where they apply to us, we aim to accommodate requests made under them. We will always do our best to respond helpfully and promptly; the extent of some rights may depend on the law that applies to your request.
10. Children
The website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Links to other websites
The website may link to other sites. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
