Dispatch & interoperability

SEQUENCE® Dispatch

Dispatch console software that brings radio, telephony and conferencing into one operator interface and connects land mobile radios, phones and video conferencing tools. Its modular design adapts to organizations of all sizes. We implement, integrate and support* it in your environment.

Too many consoles, too many channels

In many operations centers, radio traffic, phone calls and conference calls arrive on separate systems. Operators switch between screens and devices, and patching is manual.

Adding a site, an agency or a business team that is not on the radio network usually means adding more hardware.

A dispatcher wearing a headset works at a console with several monitors in a calm, daylit operations room.

What it does

SEQUENCE® Dispatch puts radio, telephony and conferencing in one interface, connects them over IP and SIP, and lets operators patch, conference and record across all of them, so field and office teams work together in real time.

Key capabilities

Radio

Bridges UHF/VHF, P25 and digital radios with IP/SIP for over-the-air access, push-to-talk, frequency changes and multi-channel monitoring.

Telephony

SIP proxy and call routing, inbound and outbound calls, full unified communications and PBX functionality, connection to the public telephone network and other UC platforms, and call-center features.

Conferencing and patching

Low-latency conferencing (50 ms)†, multi-agency emergency conferencing, and patching between radio and telephone resources.

Resilience

Call traffic load balancing, local high availability, multisite support, geospatial redundancy and disaster recovery.

Security and recording

JITC-certified and FIPS 140-3 compliant for secure communications in sensitive environments (non-commercial). Call recording managed through the platform.

Published results†

Faster response

Real-time interoperability reduces communication response times by up to 30%.

Lower infrastructure cost

A potential 20–40% reduction in infrastructure costs through IP/SIP migration.

Less downtime

Better resource allocation, reducing downtime by 15–20%.

Faster resolution

Integrated radio-telephony bridging accelerates resolutions by 20–30%.

Who it is for

Operations centers in aviation, rail, public safety, transportation, healthcare and campuses.

Aviation

Coordinate ground crews and pilots through radio-telephony bridging, and reduce delays by 20% during peaks.†

Public safety

Multi-agency push-to-talk and emergency conferencing, cutting response times by 30%.†

Transportation

Location-aware fleet dispatching that improves on-time performance by 15%.†

Deployment

Operators can work at PC-based workstations, at a touchscreen console appliance or in the dispatcher workspace software.

On-premises

On your own servers and network.

Hybrid

Some components on premises, others in a private cloud**, with geospatial redundancy.

Private cloud**

Hosted in a private cloud** environment.

Integration

An open architecture connects SIP devices, radio gateways and consoles. High-performance APIs connect the platform to your applications and device-management tools. There is a migration path from legacy dispatch consoles.
