What it does
SEQUENCE® Workspace gives dispatchers radio, telephony and conferencing in a workspace they configure, on a Windows PC or in a browser, and connects radio operations with business communications.
Key capabilities
Conferences
Concurrent sessions across rooms, radios, applications and people. Drag a call into the conference you choose. Audio and video devices are controlled globally or per component.
Calls and mapping
A waiting queue for radio and phone calls, with prioritization, caller information and location mapping. GIS mapping. Call history includes answered and abandoned calls.
Directory and teams
Corporate, supplier and dispatch contacts, speed dial for radios, phones and contacts, and a team builder for groups of personnel, radios and devices that change with the situation.
Interface
Drag and drop, click-to-dial and gestures. Configurable layouts, color themes, component sizes and placement. A virtual keyboard for touch monitors.
Awareness
Audio and global alerts, a notifications toolbar, status badges for host servers, databases and USB controllers, and clocks for regional and international time zones.
On the roadmap
Mobile access, chat and video are on the roadmap. They are not part of the current release.
